Japanese cars are not a completely unknown area for us. For years, the Honda coils Honda coils has bravely stood out in the wide range of VW and BMW kits. Recently it was joined by the king of roadsters from Mazda. After signals from the market, we decided to add something for three diamonds to our offer. This is how the MTSGWMI01 kit for the Mitsubishi Galant was born.

The set has the form of 4 McPherson struts, known from other Japanese designs. The threaded elements covered with golden zinc are four solid pillars that support this almost classic middle class car. Of course, in line with our policy, Eibach springs were installed on them.

MTSGWMI01 is the something outstanding in our offer. The only kit designed for Mitsubishi. When we started working on this set, we had to learn the specifics of the model and its design nuances. Our designers rose to the challenge and especially for this set they have developed a unique top mounts. This inconspicuous element plays a key role in the operation of the entire suspension. The solution known from motorsport, based on a uniball bearing, allows for a greater tilt of the strut, which has a positive effect on the steering response while driving. In other words, our proprietary top mount contributes to the better cooperation of the modern coilover suspension with the car, the design of which was created at a time when Japanese engineers did not think about lowering the Galant. After all, they qualified it as a stable limousine.

An interesting fact is that the Galant shares its suspension with another iconic Mitsubishi model – Eclipse. A coupe with a slim line definitely emphasizes its sporting aspirations to its owner. Now, thanks to us, this visual character can also be enhanced by improving road behavior.
