BMW F20 / F30 coilover set – MTSGWBM20
The BMW 3 Series is a long-standing hit that has existed on the market for over 40 years. Years pass, the next generations appear on the market, and the owners of each of them still like to lower them. It is no different from the F30 still being offered.
Inherit the best from the predecessors
Following the trend for low 3 series we could not leave the F30 without a dedicated suspension. This is how the MTSGWBM20 set was born. The development history of the MTS Technik products clearly indicates that the first Eibach spring appeared in the set for the BMW 3 Series E36 and E46. First on the rear axle and in the short time also at the front. The F30 set could not be worse. Hence the well-known logo visible on the coil of the springs of both axles.
Just like the earlier generations, BMW F30 set has Eibach springs on both axles.
Series 3 is lucky for our pioneering solutions. It was the E90 set that was the first in which we offered the hexaCOIL spring perch as standard. As the F30 is a direct successor to the E90, the natural, the next generation of BMW has to take over all the best from the predecessor.

Lowering possible also in lighter versions
Besides the comfort flowing from renowned springs, combined with the convenience of height adjustment, the MTS Technik set is also ideal for everyday use. Thanks to BMW engineers, the MTSGWBM20 set will not only work in the traditional F30 but also in its other varieties – a torung, coupe, convertible, gran coupe … and also in a smaller brother, the F20! And this time, going in spite of current tests, we decided to check our novelty on the car, in which gravity is not very helpful. We took the lightweight BMW 116 for the workshop. The suspension parameters proved effective and the car went closer to the ground well.

With such a large range of bodies, additionally combined with a wide range of engines, the set for the BMW F30 has evolved to as many as four forms. It is not only the MTSGWBM20 set but also the MTSGWBM22 , MTSGWBM24 and MTSGWBM26 that are responsible for the lowering of each version. Each of them with properly configured Eibach springs, suitable for a direct axle loads.
